Are walk-in derm clinics in Gangnam okay for tourists?

Not surgery, just stuff like botox, Rejuran, maybe a laser. Planning a 5 day trip in December. Can you just walk in or do you need to book? Any red flags to look out for at the "factory" style places?

    Lots take walk-ins but popular ones book out, especially weekends. Some have English booking via KakaoTalk or WhatsApp.

    "factory" places are popular for simple stuff, just expect speed over chat. If you want a proper consult about your skin, go somewhere smaller.

    check if the price on the menu includes VAT, a lot of places add 10% at the end for foreigners. (you can sometimes claim it back at the airport though)
