Honest question. I've wanted to fix my nose since I was 15 and now I'm 29 and finally have the money, and the closer it gets to being real the more I panic about ending up worse.
How did you get to "ok I'm doing it" (or decide not to)?

Same feeling. What helped me was writing down exactly what bothers me and what I'd consider a "success". Realistic, not perfect. If a surgeon can't tell me how likely that is, I walk.
Not doing it is also a valid outcome btw. I've been "researching" for 3 years and some days I think I've just made peace with it. Neither choice is wrong.
Thank you, I needed to hear that both are ok.
Revision rates exist for every surgeon. I found it calming to ask clinics directly what their revision policy is. A clinic that has a clear answer has clearly thought about it.
And don't let anyone rush you with a "today only" discount. Coordinators do that. Sleep on it always.
