Been messaging a bunch of clinics for quotes. Things that made me nope out:
1. Quote given before they've seen any photos
2. "This price is only valid today"
3. Coordinator won't tell me who the surgeon is
4. Refuses to give anything in writing
5. Pushes extra procedures I didn't ask about ("you should also do fat grafting")
6. Every single review on their page is 5 stars and posted the same week
What else?
Can't tell you the surgeon's board certification / specialty. In Korea a "clinic" doctor isn't always a plastic surgery specialist.

Ghost surgery was a big scandal here years ago — the consulting surgeon not being the operating one. Ask directly who operates and whether you can confirm on the day.
Super pushy "free hotel + free airport pickup" packages through agents. Someone's getting a commission and it's coming out of your price.
